Please read these terms. They govern the relationship between the recipient and the box.
Upon delivery, the box becomes the property of the recipient. Its contents are final. The curation decisions that produced those contents were made in good faith over an extended period. We do not accept requests for item substitution, supplementation, or removal after harvest.
By accepting a box into cultivation, the recipient acknowledges that no delivery date has been guaranteed, implied, or otherwise suggested. The cultivation period is determined by the box. The recipient agrees not to interpret the duration of this period as a failure of any kind.
Questionnaire responses become part of the cultivation record and inform the contents of the box. By submitting responses, the recipient grants the curator the right to act on those responses in any way the curator sees fit. The curator is not obligated to incorporate any specific response literally.
The recipient agrees not to attempt to determine the contents of the box prior to opening. Attempting to infer contents from the weight, sound, shape, or smell of the box is permitted, but the company accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of any inferences made.
There is nothing to refund. The box is a gift. Gifts do not have refund policies. If you arrived here looking for one, something has gone wrong upstream that we cannot resolve from here.
Once opened, the box is considered delivered and the cultivation file is closed. The company retains no ongoing obligations. The curator may, at their discretion, follow up informally, but is not required to do so.
