Data Practices
What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect questionnaire responses, email addresses provided voluntarily for notification purposes, and general usage data about how this site is accessed. We do not collect payment information because we do not process payments. We do not collect anything we do not need.
Questionnaire responses inform the contents of your box. This is the primary and most important use of the data we collect. Email addresses are used to notify you when a new question becomes available. Nothing else.
The curator. That is all. We do not share recipient data with third parties, sell it, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the cultivation of your specific box.
Cultivation records are kept for the duration of the active order. After the box is delivered and the file is closed, records are retained internally for reference but are not actively used. We do not delete them because they are part of the provenance of a completed box, which has historical value to us.
You may request a copy of your cultivation record or ask us to remove your email from our notification list at any time by contacting us. We will honor both requests. We will not be offended by the second one.
